2023 - 2024
Tiny Home Outfitters transitioned from an idea into a tangible company with impact and products, thanks to the groundwork laid in 2022. We established reliable partnerships, refined our offerings, and began presenting Tiny Home Outfitters to the public. Joseph Bussey
CEO
Joe’s background as a Navy Corpsman and Medic, primarily working alongside the Marine Corps, has instilled in him an eye for detail and an extraordinary sense of compassion. Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit and keen business acumen set the foundation for our company, as he leads with both strategic focus and a heart for customer care. Dedicated to family and community, Joe also enjoys life on his homestead with cows, pigs, and a sense of humor – did someone say “E-I-E-I-O?”
Caleb Nehls
CFO
Caleb has spent the last decade of his life working in engineering design and engineering project management. His experience in budget management and financial forecasting ensures we maintain smooth financial operations at Tiny Home Outfitters. In every aspect of his past and present endeavors, he knows that the voice of the customer should come first. A family man at heart, Caleb’s approach is not just about numbers – it’s about delivering the best experience possible for every client.

A Marine through and through, Micah brings strength both physically and in character. His background in bodybuilding is matched by his natural ability to support, resolve conflicts, and care for others, ensuring our clients feel valued and heard every step of the way. Randy Mellinger
Director of Operations
Randy Mellinger is the Director of Operations at THO, where he leads and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality and affordable homes. A graduate of Arizona State University, Randy holds a BS in Geological and Earth Sciences from the School of Earth and Space Exploration, providing a solid foundation and understanding of sustainable practices in construction and development.
A proud Marine Corps veteran, Randy served with distinction overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he gained invaluable experience in leadership, strategic planning, and high-pressure decision-making. This background has contributed to a strong sense of discipline, adaptability, and commitment to the mission at hand.
With a passion for both the mission of THO and the larger goal of promoting sustainability, Randy is dedicated to delivering homes that not only meet the needs of homeowners but also contribute to a more sustainable future for all.
