In my pictures I'm showing you the minimal wear and tear it's picked up over 10 years that's why I'm ordering the new one now. Because I've never had one last longer than a year with the backpack design.

This cooler rides with me in my truck in all weather conditions and keeps everything cold for at least 2 days with 2 ice packs. Much better than my old cheaper cooler.

I really like this cooler, it fits my needs almost perfectly. The two large side pockets are great. One item for improvement would be the shoulder strap.

I had a YETI - notice HAD. I did my research and went ahead and purchased this cooler. I received it this week -delivered very quick by the way. I wanted to go ahead and test it out. I live in South Louisiana were temperatures are in the high 90's. It was an extremely hot day when I tried it out. I put ice in it just at the bottom at 7:30am - I checked it at noon while having it in the full sun and the ice did not even look like it melted still looked like I had just put it in from the freezer! By 7pm that evening the picture I have posted was how it looked by the end of the day. Very little water in the cooler from the ice and still cold as could be! This is my new cooler!! Half the price of a YETI and much easier to open and roomier!

This is the perfect cooler for the beach, boat or parties. The backpack feature is useful when your hands are full, but it still has a shoulder strap if you prefer. The height is perfect to transport wine bottles and a few snacks to a party or cookout. AO coolers are high quality without being ridiculously priced. I'm looking at you, Yeti.

We bought this for our 5-week road trip across the USA and it worked great. Just the right size and didn't take up too much room in the back of the Subaru. Easily kept things cold for 2 days. Easy to carry in and out of the car for stops in parks, or in & out of hotels (it actually looks like luggage). We loved our old igloo cooler on wheels, but that poor old thing is going into the yard sale come springtime. This AO is our new favorite.
