The GP-FLEX-100 was relatively easy to install on my 18' Palomino Real-Lite. It's almost an install-and-forget system that runs itself without much interaction yet the controller provides detailed information for us geeks. When combined with two RV batteries and mostly sunny days I can run my interior and exterior LED lights and cellular booster all day/night. Great product!

Purchased from Amazon and installed our Go Power GP-Flex-100 in October 2016 and submitted a review then. Ours is still performing to spec after nearly 6 years. Until Covid, we camped about 100 days each year, 80% without hookups. Even on chilly overcast days camping off grid in the fall in Alaska it kept our 12v 100ah battery above 50% SOC. Still very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this Solar panel for use on my 2011 Roadtrek Motorhome and I am very happy with it. The installation was easy to understand and the panel being flexible was easy to install on my roof which is curved. This installation on my unit did not require me to drill any new holes and the wiring was long enough for an easy installation. I was able to use all the holes already there when the A/C was in stalled and inside the Motorhome I was able to run the cables inside the cabinets and again was able to use holes already there for the electrical wiring. This unit worked on the first try after completing the installation. I highly recommend this Go-Power (GP-FLEX-100).

We had been talking about getting a solar panel for our trailer for over a year when we finally did and it! We love camping at campgrounds but we also want to explore (using our trusty Backroads of Vancouver Island map book) and to be able to go off the grid to find secret spots to camp but still be able to power our lights, play music and charge our iphones and Mac.

Our RV is a 1969 vintage travel trailer and the roof is very irregular and we were worried about drilling holes in it to install a solar panel (no leaks = no problems). When we saw that Go Power had a new flexible solar panel that didn't need screws to install we were sold and we went with the GP-FLEX-100 Solar Flex kit because 100 watts provides more then enough power for out uses. Installing it was easy but if you are worried about it, finding a dealer to install it for you is even easier (which is what we did) and the panel is so strong that you can walk on it so we aren't worried about breaking it or cracking glass. The flex panels are also very thin and light so there is almost no extra weight added to our little lighter weight trailer.

The Solar Kit comes with a solar controller panel which is very simple to understand and operate (it has two buttons and a screen, simple!). We like that we can monitor the amount of solar power being generated as well the percent of battery power we have left so if we are running low, we just use less power.
Initially we found the whole concept of learning about solar power very overwhelming but Go Power had tonnes of resources on their website including tutorials and an education page that helped demystify the whole process of learning about solar power.

We just got back from our first camping trip with the solar panel and we were able to use the lights as much as needed and watch movies in bed! We were off the grid for four days and had more then enough power. Totally worth the investment.
