This is a compact portable power station, in effect a powerbank-with-brains, that lets you store up energy in advance through multiple means, then discharge it into whatever devices need to be powered, as you need it. It's useful during a brownout/blackout in the city, an emergency power supply in case of a disaster, or just as a way to keep your phones and computers running while you're out camping.

This unit delivers capacity up to 296 watt-hours, or enough to keep my laptop going for at least an hour or two, or much longer for other devices. The real attraction of this bank, though, are the many ways you can put power in--or take power out of--the system. It contains ports to accept a generator, solar panel, car cigarette lighter, electrical outlet, or USB-C PD. Combine the USB and AC when charging, and it can go from 0 to 100% in about two hours.

We tried it with a laptop solar panel grid; it needed about six hours to fully charge, and that was on a slightly overcast day in the Pacific Northwest winter. That's great--if we're out somewhere off the grid (say, on a camping trip), we don't have to worry about finding a place to juice up the battery packs, we let the sun do the work.

It's extremely easy to use, once you've matched the right plugs to the right sockets--you'll want to do this, and make up a kit that includes them, BEFORE you actually need the unit.

If you have a power outage at your home, you could use this for your laptop or tv or even for small medical devices (check the power consumption first). This charges very quickly. What I like best is that you have various charging options. It comes with a standard wall plug as well as a charger for a car cigarette lighter. You can also run it on solar panels, which I am planning to do at some point. This is not heavy at all and even I can carry it easily (I'm a 60-something woman) All in all, I LOVE this unit!

Very bright led light that works as a flashlight, 2 power plugs which you can charge your laptop or use a fan, and usb and type C plugs. Very low weight and easy to use. If you are going to dry camping you MUST HAVE IT.

This is a pretty cool power station, full of features. Each function has a power switch. The USB ports can be turned on/off, AC on/off, DC on/off, flash light on/off. This can be turned into a cell phone charging machine, the PD port can charge a number of travel style laptops and quick charge newer cell phones.

It’s a MUST HAVE as emergency use for homeowners. This Southwire 53251 Elite 300 Series Portable Power Station seems pretty good so far.

The product came with 2 year manufacturer warranty. It’s lightweight to carry with. Would be perfect for camping.

I offered to charge everyone's smartphones after charging the unit to 100% (it came out of the box with an impressive 66% charge). After charging the 3 phones in less than 2 hours the power station was only reduced to 91% power. It did show on my phone that the charge was in Turbocharge mode, which I was very happy about.
The features are easy to use and pretty fool-proof. I like the bright LED display that also shows the progress on the item being charged. The flashlight is a nice bonus, but not really needed. It's a bit heavy to use or carry around like a flashlight.
One of the graphics on the Amazon description page states the generator can be charged with solar power, but please note that this unit does not include a solar panel to charge the unit. That has to be purchased separately. This unit does come with an AC power cord and several adapters, though.
