Suncast 22 Gallon Small Deck Box with Storage Seat – Stoney

I got this on sale for $45, and even though that's the most I've ever paid for a plastic box, I really like this little guy. It's very sturdy and snaps together in... a snap! Heh. No tools or screws necessary. It doesn't take up too much space on my small NYC balcony, and is still able to hold all my gardening items inside (felt potting bags, clay pots, trays, sprayer, watering can, pop up tent, extra potting soil). I can also use it as a small table to put drinks or snacks on.

Wow this came quickly, thank you. My husband put it together in 5 minutes and then he bolted it down to the front porch, you know, people can walk away with anything! :( I ordered a sign for it too that he will bold to the top that says, place packages inside. The sign has UPS, USPS, Amazon, FEDEX...few others! It'll be here tomorrow. Good deal and heavy duty! Wood would have cost about as much and then you'd have to prime and paint, and it would eventually rot, this won't. It was a good buy for us. Several good sizes boxes will fit in it.

It's a really neat dropbox/deck box! Fairly large boxes will be a bit of a tight fit for it, but I mostly get small stuff from Amazon anyway.

Although be careful with strong winds. Last night's winds were up to 90km/h and they blew the deck box into our backyard (as seen in the photo).

I do a lot of online shopping, and have packages being delivered at all times of the day, sometimes while I’m at work. And I don’t live in the best area— I don’t even trust my own neighbors. And my apartment door is viewable from the complex sidewalk and parking lot, and is on the way to the exit. So hundreds of cars could drive by my door with an exposed package sitting there while I’m at work. This way, no one would know if I had a package or not unless they looked inside. Paired with my Ring Doorbell, I feel a lot better about unattended packages. That is . . . if the Amazon delivery drivers chose to use it. . . . Right now it’s about 50/50. Some use it, and some set packages right on top— right over the sign saying, “please use this frikin’ box.” Others have set the packages right beside it, then taken a picture for the delivery status— with the sign clearly in the picture, saying, “Please use this GD box!” Some drivers annoyingly leave packages with the office, despite my online instructions asking them to leave them at my door and IN THE BOX. But this is an Amazon driver issue.

6 panels easily click together like legos. Super easy to assemble. Came with instructions. Each panel clearly labeled. Cute and works great to store my patio blankets. Has a small defect/ding on the lid, but doesn’t affect functioning. Just got it so no info yet on how it’ll hold up to rain or extreme heat. I have it in a partially shaded area.
